Mold or spidermites?

i looked up a little on spider mites and if that was a web I would probably have to have seen a lot of other shit too. I forgot to remove the dome for a few days probably caused mold to grow. I was using a heat pad. All the cuts came from my own indoor garden. Should I just throw them out? It really wouldn't be a problem.
The picture I attached of the basket is OLD I just thought it looked like the same growth.

The old pic looks like mycorrhizae. Cant really see the other one. What is it growing on?

If it is mold, I think more air flow will probably straighten it out. I would also remove as much of it as possible, along with any dead plant material. Dead leaves give something for the mold to grow on.
