my uncles grew 319 beautiful plants 9' high most of them, anyways they got them down and in outta the fields nicely before the cops helis ya know. they put them away in a trailer. unfortuanately they went back 4 days later and the whole crop is white with mold, is there anything they can do. dunk in water or ...i dont know they aare heart broken its a once in a life time crop and its ruined, help a brother out.

you can kill the mold with a sulphur compound Potassium Metabisulphite, wine makers use it to sterilize frut juice before adding their select yeast strain.
they might have to make weed oil if it's too badly damaged. The trichomes are not damaged by mold as they are basically waterproof being a resin.

otherwise water curing the bud will get rid of the mold.

however you sacrifice a little weight and bag appeal when you water cure

probably wasnt a good idea to throw 319 plants on top of eachother in a trailer,deffinately gonna have too much moisture,im sure you'll have some to smoke with that many plants tho

yeah water curing 319 plants is a serious job, you could use five gallon buckets or even big rubbermaid tubs.

ty all for any info i will pass it on..is water curing just as simple as giving them a bath or is it a good soak they need. could someone give me the basics of this process.:joint:

These guys got White mold not powdery mildew. They have the stuff that grows like on a wet wash cloth or wet newspaper or in your fridge or when you put your bud in a jar to cure when it was to wet and didn't burp enough........... Mold

WTF ! who grows 300 plus plants with out the knowledge of how to take care of them and just throws them in a enclosed trailer for four days to rot ? Stuff wont be good for anything but hash or oil.:leaf:

thats what i was thinking too. only a noob would put all that in an enclosed space like that for 4 days. if the guy doesnt know he needs to dry the buds, why the fuck is he growing 300 plants?!
i dont mean to offend. i just think its crazy that someone would grow that big without knowing what they are doing.
