Cut it away and dispose of the affected buds. The stuff that has no mold on it, you can still smoke it.

depending on how much mold you can take a 3% hydrogen peroxide bath to kill off the mold. Mix about 1 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide to about 4-5 gal of water and soak your freshly cut stuff in it for about 5 minutes, then rinse them off and hang them to dry with a fan on them to get the excess moisture, then let dry/cure as normal.
