Mom Plant

i was wondering is there a simple way to make a clone into a bonzai mom? i have only 2 rooms available...will i be able keep a mom in a veg room for a long time ??? i just want to keep cuting clones indefitnetly....

Alright so the idea here is that you take your very best clone. The one that shoots off the most, and grows the fastest, and you make that one the mom. Eventually your mom will be all cloned out, or it'll reach a point where it really doesn't want to live anymore. You can keep a mother as long as need be, but you really want to keep her strong and the more you clone, the weaker she'll get.

This is what I have been doing. I put a plant into veg cycle and grow it till I think it is ready to take clones from. I take my clones and get them started. Once the roots start to grow and the clones are ready to plant I move the mother plants into the flowering cycle and start the process over again. I have a veg room and a flowering room and did not want to keep one mother plant. This is what is working for me at the time, but I would like to hear more ideas from other people as well.

I just dont want to have to keep 2 veg rooms. I already have a veg and a flower. My thoughts are I can use the space to grow plants that I am going to flower instead of just making a home for one mother plant. This also keeps my canopy nice and even.

Hey thanks for all replies...I only have 2 rooms plan on just leaving the mom in veg up until i can...hopefully long time, i hear some have up to 7 yrs.
