these plants are almost 2 weeks into flowering there was one plant that was really effected so i decided to remove it here is a shot of the roots

would you still agree that this was what causing the problemand when you said prune the roots should i remove as much of them as possible

that pot is too small, even if it wasn't root-bound. use bigger pots, that can hold nutrients and moisture.thanks for your quick reply really apreciate advice the one i got rid of was the runt out the lot what could of caused this yellowing in first place do you think ?
I'm far from an expert but the plants looks like it's trying to move nutrients upwards towards bud production.
Have you changed you nutrients since going into flowering?
Are you familiar with the strain?

i have switched to flowering nutes now terra floors i used terra vega throughout veg along with superthrive and stimulator 1 after 1 week of flipping them i changed to terra floors and as of tomorow i start with bud xl
