Getting a little burn there and excess heat from the lights is causing it to show up at the overheated top leaves first.
Because they are the hottest leaves they are trying to pass more water to cool themselves off and drawing up more nutrients with it. The excess salts cause the tissue to dehydrate and turn chlorotic first, (yellow), then die and turn brown or necrotic.
Get some air blowing across the canopy and back off the nutes if you can. The leaves are very dark green which generally means they are over-nuted but high temps, especially with low humidity, can cause plants that aren't been fed too much in normal conditions to burn like yours.
