Mother plants?

Im trying to grow two clones into mothers - Skunk #1 and black domina because they are producing such nice buds(and possibly 1-2 others).

I have a 400w lumatek ballast for flower and im looking to go with fluorescent lighting for the mothers because ive seen good things from the guy on youtube who is painted all green.

Right now i have a 2' shopligh w/ 2 20w bulbs (3000Lumens i think?) over the 2 clones and 5 1 day old seedlings.

What should be my next move? T5 4bulb light fixture or 2 more shop lights. The only thing with shop lights is its harder to get HO T8 bulbs without ordering online.

lemme know what you guys think.

Mothers don't need a lot of light, especially in a small area. If I need to encourage growth for clones or something I can always pop the mother into the veg cab but for the most part you want just enough light to keep healthy but not enough to encourage a lot of growth.

Right now I use one compact T5 (55w, 4,800 lumens) for my mother and three compact T5's for vegging. I actually would like to drop the lumens even lower for my mother.

Ok so i should go with 1 t5 for now and that can veg clones and keep a mother? Im doing more of a SOG but bigger plants. I only plan on vegging clones 2-4wks.
