I wouldn't take clones from an unhealthy mom, wait til she is up to par and then take them. But to answer your question it really depends on the health of the plant

"Quit," no. As max said, taking cuttings from an unhealthy plant will yield unhealthy clones. If the plant is bad enough, the clones won't survive. The mother won't stop producing good clones altogether and even a few unhealthy clones may root. Once the mother is healthy again and the clones you take are healthy, they should root normally again.

Always check the roots of mother plants regularly.

Thanks for the advice MF & Max.
You were right on the money. I fixed some deficiencies and gave her some good light, and that solved the problem.
