Moved my grow room... questions about humidity, temp and moving the light cycle.

Okay, I moved my 2' x 2' HOFL system to a storage space under a house. My plants just started the flowering cycle. Here's my questions:

So far for two days the temps have registered 70.5F/66.7F and the next day 68.8F/66.7F. Before I was fighting off high temps and now the basement seems too cool. Is this too cool??? I just ordered a 400w HPS and I'm hoping the ballast will bring up the temp a degree or two. What do you think?

Next, my humidity used to be 20%. Now it's at 35%. Is this better???

Also, (this may sound confusing) right now I have the lights off from 7p to 7a. I'm thinking if I reverse that and let the lights stay on at night and off during the day with the hot temps outside and the cool basement (btw is absolutely dark), this may make things a bit more stable. So if I advance the time I turn them on one hour a day so that the result is 13 off and 11 on till I reach "night on/day off" cycle. Is 13 hours of darkness and 11 hours of light okay???

TIA the plants are looking great!

when in flower and you want to change your lighting times always extend your dark period, i do it quite often and never have a problem, im sure your temps are fine aswell

Okay...

I guess there aren't any real issues then. I think the ballast will bring up the temp a degree or two. And I'm getting ready to switch the light to 12on/13off. I think in the winter time I may need to put a heater in... or maybe not!
