if you are goin to do this i suggest you do it slowly as in, instead of just moving it three hours in one night move it one hour or a half hour each night, when the clocks were changed back this year i spaced out and totally forgot about it and my lights shut out at 7pm and they were supposed to go out at 8, thinking i messed up the schedule myself i left the light on an extra hour and moved the light cycle up an hour, nothing happened, there could of been minor stress, i really dont know, but i didnt notice anything bad or detrimental to their health, so i did the exact same thing in theory that you want to do except only by an hour not three, and nothing happened of course this was on accident, but the plants dont know that either way,so i would say if your going to do it, go ahead, just move it back slowly instead of 3 hours like that all at once, like tonight have it shut off by 1am, then tommorow by 2am etc, even slower might be better, but i say fuck it just be easy on them and dont do anything drastic..
