I have to move my grow. I have a new room set up, but it is hotter than I would like so I would like to use the light from 7pm to 7 am, right now the plants are 7am-7pm, how do i change the cycle? Or am I better off just leaving the cycle I am on now and switch with the next grow?

When you get ready to move your plants wait till the end of the 7am to7pm cycle, move them into your new area leave lights off for 24 hours hours and restart your 12/12 cycle at 7pm. I have had to do this several times over the last couple years because of my work schedule changes from time to time. End results was no problems or stress issues.
