I have an autoflower northern lights plant! Its been budding for around 3 weeks. Is it fine if i move it from indoor to outdoor or will this ruin it?

It will wreck it bad because the plant is racing to finish but outdoors it is just season start. I think it will revert, the buds it started will be worthless and after the reversion it will start over basically. You will get a harvest for sure but it won't be as good as you would have gotten.

You cant just put a indoor plant outside because it will get burnt from the sun. It would take about 10 days to harden it off. If u did that though...and put it in the sun in the day and then put them back under lights at night...it really makes for fat buds

I disagree...it wont burn . Take it outdoors for 12 hrs..bring it in a dark room to sleep for 12hrs. The energy it stores from the sun will be beneficial to bud growth.

I know it burns plants because mine all did the first few yrs I started growing. It causes sun bleaching. That is why you have to harden them off unless they have been exposed to sunlight from the beginning. How do I know this??? I am an outdoor grower who starts all plants indoors.

some do, and some varieties don't, in my experience it's typically the indicas that are more prone to burning, the sativas tend to be alright.
also depends on the type of light used for vege.
but as a rule of thumb it is probably a good idea to acclimate them, you never know which get bleached till it happens

Yeah... I had all of mine have a bit of sun leaching even though I took time to harden them off this yr. Even my a.k. had problems. They pulled out of course and it wasn't as bad as the first time but still bad. Other yes nothing happened. I've always used the same light too....sooo????
