Moving plants from outdoors to indoor HELP

Need help here guys, ok due to out of control bug problems i need to move my crops i have outdoors to my indoor, 1000 Watt HPS setup. But i never moved my crops from indoor to our or vise-versa. I need to know what would be a good method to do this.I know you have to do it little by little but i really have no idea. is their anyone out their that can tell me the right way to do this without messing up my herb?? can anyone help me out with this please!!!!! Any and all suggestions welcomed, and thanks for all post in advanced.

Oh and by the way, the plants are only a little over a month old.
