Moving seedling from Flouro to HPS back to Flouro... Any thoughts?

Would there be any stress if you move 2 week old seedling to 400W HPS for 2 weeks then back to Flouro's?

No I flower my clones under a 600w all the time! It makes the branches come out!! Then I put them back under my veg light! :dunce:
