i need to move my grow, the ladies have been in flower since 25th dec......... i run the light at 9at night til 9 in the morning............. my question is so theve been in darkness now for a couple of hours, in need to move them ........ what do i do? move them and then put back in to darkness for the remainder for the 12 hours or have i proper messed up my light cycle.

Well from what I have learned on these boards, its better to interrupt the light period than it is to interrupt a dark period.
So with your current light schedule being lights on from 9pm to 9am, your best bet is to move them early in the morning (before 9am) and have them back in the dark where the new place is gona be before they are due for their dark period.
Or
If you want to move them during their dark period, make sure you cover them with something that will prevent exposure to daylight.
Plan this ahead, see what works best for you and good luck with the move
