You are roughly at 6 1/2 weeks into flower and at best you would likely need at least another week and a half for something that is predominantly indica. You cannot see many of the leaves in the picture so only upper leaves could be clearly seen and they are not the leaves of a strain that is predominantly sativa, though there is likely some sativa in it, so if you could wait I would guess two to three weeks more would be needed, if not more than that, especially if you began counting your flowering days the day you switched your light cycle and not when the first signs of flowering began.

thanks, dick, first off (darkdestruction420)
and no thats light burn, never had an issue with nutrients
basically im asking how bad it will be if i chop it this early since the risk is getting too high for this house

thanks for the real help brick, the counter started when it was flipped not when showing signs... shit i really wanted this to work out but i dont think i have 2-3 more weeks time...

and theres also the issue of spidermites...

lol, just saying, if you dont check the trichs your taking a crapshoot instead of paying 5 bucks to ensure the quality is good makes it seem like you must not care. Anyway, what will happen is your potency and yeild(buds add most of their mass last few weeks)will be nowhere near what they would be if you waited. dont take what i said b4 seriously, I was just fucking w/you anyway. your light fell on the plant or your plant was touching the light? I'd keep em up till they are finished but if you think its too risky its your call on what to do.

i see so many topics where people dont put the CFL lights close enough so i didnt wanna be one of them, so i screwed up and put them too close and they grew into it while i was at work
someone that wasnt supposed to ever find out did, and told someone else, who is now saying something unfriendly... so better safe then sorry? id love to have it keep going another 2 weeks, first ever attempt at it though so lots of knowledge learned for next round at a new place

There did look to be some necrosis of the leaves between the veins on the upper leaves. When I see that my first thought is a manganese deficiency. When deficient in manganese you get necrotic and yellow spots forming on top leaves between the veins. Maybe that was at least in part due to lighting but it did appear to me that something was likely going on that was not exactly the picture of perfection.

If you have to cut down your plants wait as long as you can and let them live their final 72-hours in total darkness. Some strains that receive 72-hours of total darkness can have an increase in levels of THC up to 30%. Since you will be harvesting early I would suggest gambling and seeing if the strain you are growing is one that will respond favorably to 72-hours of darkness.

If you do have to cut as early as you are talking about you really would not be losing anything if the strain does not react in that way and if it is one that does respond that way, well then it could be what turns a sow's ear almost into a silk purse.

If it were me I would gamble and give it a try. There is little to nothing to lose, so why not go for it?
