Multi-Purpose Bad-Ass Grow Room Idea

I am sure lots of people have thought of grow room ideas and I am sure this has been thought of. Just think how cool this would be for a grow room! Only 6k for a 6x12. These are pretty affordable for what they are. Also, if you have a tornado coming, go chill with your plants. 6k for something like this is not bad and would not be had for DIY install after renting some equipment.

I live in the country so this would be perfect for me.

Being a storm shelter- it would obviously have an air system-- but would it be enough for growing?
Would you have to add more exhaust/intake- and is it an option with the structure?
If you go this route- I'd go with T5 lighting... no heat issues....
And since you bury it-- if you can go deep enough (below frost line) may be insulated to really maintain a good temp...
And you have to have the electric Company come wire it (I'd go with 220!)
If I had the $$ I might go for it....

Cool tubes, 440cfm fan would be nice which I already have

Run a decent space heater with a thermostat, or one of those tube heaters so there is no light, in that bitch and a portable AC, I would think you would be good.

Ive been thinking about doing something like that but with an old conx container. Id rino line the WHOLE thing to make sure it wouldnt degrade, then id place an above ground swimming pool on it. then the pump house also is an air cleaning and vent area. You can find them cheap well cheaper then 7k. its not that hard to form and pour a set of steps.
