Hello all. Ive tried postin grow journals before but i must say i probably did it wrong. I will attempt again. I currently have well, a lot of strains. I am currently growing Alaskan Thunderfuck, AK-47, Big Bud, Jack The Ripper, Pandoras Box, Grape Ice, Maui, Kona Gold, Sour Grape, Train Wreck, Zatanna, Sage, God, Godzilla, Kasey Jones, Chocolate Thai, Thai, Profit x AK, Bubblegum, Blueberry x Big Bud, Jah Kush, Jack Herer, Waipi O'hapa, Cali Mist, Hindu Purps, and Island Star. Not all of these are in bloom, but i have bloomed quite a few with pretty god results.
As far as equipment goes, I run 5200W of light in my 12x12x10 bloom room.4200W comes from 3 1000W Lumatek digital ballasts, and 2 600W Lumatek digital ballasts. The other 1000W is from a Sunleaves magnetic ballast which is going to get upgraded soon. All lights are in aircooled hoods, 3 rows of 2. Two of those rows are hooked to ducting with exhaust fans on them. One is a 795 cfm, the other a 650 cfm. the other row of lights isnt hooked to ducting, as it helps to heat the room in these winter months. I have two box fans and an oscilating fan blowing in the room for in room air circulation. I would like to get at least two more box fans and another oscilating fan. I do not have an air intake, im workin on that. I have a large dehumidifier that pulls about 2 gallons of water out of the air every 3 days or so. Got it for 5 bucks at a yard sale. SCORE!! I also have a heater to add supplemental heat, and the heater is on a thermostat, as are the exhaust fans. overall temp stays between 67 and 77, with relative humidity staying around 30%.
With my nutes, I use Humboldt Ginormous, Flavorful and Honey ES. I supplement with Humboldt Countys Own Gravity and Snowstorm Ultra. I also amend my dirt which in bloom is Fox Farm Ocean Forest with the Sunleaves International House of Guano Package. I dont use the high nitrogen guanos until about 4 weeks into bloom, and I only add them twice. Once when they first go in, and once about 4 weeks in like I said. I also use Humboldt Countys Own Bushmaster to help transition into bloom. Around 2 weeks before harvest I begin flushing with Humboldt Royal Flush, and then i water with plain water from then till harvest. Here's a few pics of my bloom room.
