Mushroom like fungal growth at base of plant

Is this something to be concerned about? Its a unknown strain that I planted about a month ago and suddenly a growth is popping out of the soil at the rootless. Is there a reason to worry about this growth?

Dude I've had mushrooms grow out of my coco before. I just removed the mushy and kept going lol

Thats good to know. I've googled it and the just i got is that most all fungal growth is typically good.
