mutating leafs!

Hey all;
my plant recently developed a weird kind of patterns on the fan leaves. these 2 patterns alternate following the nodes. anyone know anything abt this?

I've never seen that specific type of mutation before...

But what I know is that my odd looking females always turn out to be some of my best producers.
