Mutating plant from seed.

I have a plant growing nodes out of the leave stems. Has anyone seen anything like this before??? What does this mean!

All sorts of mutations happen with plants. Sometimes they are worth keeping and other times duds or nothing out of the ordinary when all harvested and smoked. Always worth getting a cutting or two in case it turns out to be something worth keeping.
