Mutation or strain? Vegged for 5 months

I've had this plant since March, started it inside them moved it outside about revegged I'm sure. I've never seen a plant grow like this so I thought I would ask you fine people if you've ran into this or have seen it online somewhere, also I thought maybe it's just pollinated A F but I don't know anyways let me know what you think please ! I will also get better pictures soon!

Can’t tell if it’s been seeded but looks like fairly normal (yet revegged) growth to me. I’ve monstered out a few plants in my day; those single blade leaves are a sign she’s been flowering and then started back to vegging…now she’s back into flowering again…..not really a mutation. Could be a strain related characteristic but many plants will grow a single Christmas tree cola when left untopped. I’d be concerned about bud mold if it’s humid where you live. Big ass buds can be a bitch to dry.
