i have a number of clones in plastic cups in soil i want to transport to coco how would you go about this would you wash all the dirt off or would you transplant straight with the dirt still in a cup shape.. i want them to have as less shock as possible. if i transplanted with the dirt still on what ph would i have to use on the coco.. thank you for any help :-)

wasnt this just asked?????? either way it will be fine to transplant.

personally i would just give the root ball a little shake and then right into my coco and then water ph 5.8 (thats what i do mine)

if i leave the soil as it is around the roots should i ph diffrently or ph as i would in coco alone
either way the ph is the same . around 6.5 with soil or coco or both mixed. With living organics you don't ph. But you are probably using bottle nutes like cana. so ph would be the same either way.

yes im using canna a+b so if i leave the soil in ill have to alter the ph instead of using a ph from 5.8-6.2 like i normally do in straight coco

thank you for the warm welcome :) the reason being is thats what i have always used really. i normally get clones already in coco but these came in soil and i wanted to give them the best start with the least shock possible, i was thinking shake off as much as possible then dip in and out of a bucket of ph'd water in the hope of it separating it easily. but that may cause shock so it lead me on the train of thought about shaping the cup in coco and the just straight transplant for more or less no shock. if you did that what would your ph range be, i guess it would gradually steer back to coco range once the pots get bigger ( more coco in the pot than the little cup of soil ).. hope you understand my rambles lol
