My 1st grow, i need help.

Whats up fellow farmers, im kinda new here an i finely got some of my shitt together an i got started. wat you think. I got this baby plant thats 1 week old an about 2in tall an iv ben giving it bottled water, no nutes yet. i got it in the water farm hydroponic set up with 5 cfls, two of them are 5000k 23 watt putting out 120 watts each and 1100 lumens each. I also got 2 more 5000k 16 watt putting out 65 watts each and i think 750 lumens each... i also got a blue party light that was cfl an i thout it was cool an i herd blue was for early stages of growin treez.. my grow space is about 3 feet by 3 feet. The temp is around 75 and 85 an the fans always on 2 keep the are circulating an getting fresh air at all times. the lights on for 18/6 with the cfls 3in away from plant. i think thats all.. does everything sound bad with my set up an alll that. ill take any advice anyone got to say, moneys not really a problem,. so please add in... another thing was my plant is turning yellow a lil bit on the end of the leafs an wats up with that.... ill put pics of everything later today....

first thing the cfls are only putting out what they are 23w and 16w, those are pretty small. If you really want to stay with cfls then i would recommend the 42w cfls. I would start the plant on some 1/4 strength nutes.

alright yeah they are in hydro for some reason i thought they were using soil my bad

its all hydro, waterfarm set up. were can i get a 42 wat cfl (5000k if thats o.k.) for new plants an vegg becuase i know 2700k is for flowering.... an the lights i got know, r they good intill flowering then ill switch it up to 2700k or i need that 42 watt like really soon.. an ima put the 1/4 nutes in as soon as i see my baby an ima put pics up 2 night or 2maroo afternoon so ill say updated evry day...

the 26 arent bad, i would ditch the 16w. 4-5 26w would work ok for veg, but get the 42w as soon as you can. They only come in 2700 (atleast that i can find). You can get them at home depot, lowes, walmart. They extra light will make up for the spectrum.

or just find more in wattage in the correct spectrum you will get better results even if means getting a couple more y sockets with more 26w cfls in vegg you want 6500k or as close to it as possible also ditch that blue party bulb its not doing anything for you when people refer to blue light its not literally blue visually they are refering to the color temperature 2700k= yellow orange 6500k= cool blue so ditch the party bulb and get another 6500k cFL bulb

more lighting man,you need actual wattage.... the equivilant wattage means nothing.. 16 and 23 watts is what you actually have.... pick up some 60 watters from walmart for 18 bucks a piece.....good luck...

sry that this has nothing to do with this thread but...im goin to get fox farm soil today woot! got 7 seeds from a very nice seedbank, all feminized, 2 auto flowering and i am so f'in ampd to get this green tea party started. i have about 7-8 cfls in the 20 w range more all 2700k and a deep blue 10000k t5 light...going to grow 1 at a time...cannot wait

iight thank you for all the advice im going 2 get like 4 more 26 watters or if i can find the 42 watt shite ill get like 3 of those so i know im good.. all 6500k an wen the time comes ill get 2700k ones...
