My 1st grow just hermied

Hello, my 1 plant just hermied, 27 days into flower. It's from some good bag seed.

I'm using a 4ft 2bulb t5 light with organic soil. No nutes at all throughout the grow.

Okay so i woke up and went to check on her and found a tiny male flower had opened and had a little bit of pollen under it on the branch/fan leaf and on a little bit on the soil. It came from one of the lowest branches/immature bud of the plant. Luckily i haven't had a fan running for a little while so it didn't get blown around. (not sure if that even matters?)

I haven't seen a single male part/pod until now.

My question is: Is my plant screwed? I mean some of the buds are starting to look pretty nice and it's my only plant (first grow). Will it effect the higher up buds if it didn't get blown around and i clean what little powder there is up safely?

Also, if i see more would just plucking the pods off help? Or is it totally a waste of time and i should just start over?

Any help appreciated, thanks.

My first hermed too.. Tried.the ball pulling...didn't work... Honestly, start again, pull it before the dust starts exploding everywhere! You'll probably have to scrub your grow space anyway..next time start with fem seed or clone.. Good luck

You've come this far already, you might as well finish the plant out especially since it's your only plant. Keep checking it for pollen sacks and carefully remove them with tweezers if you see any.

I've had plants hermie on me before, and in my experience after a while, the pollen sacks stopped forming. But keep checking to be sure. The worst that'll happen is that you'll get seeds in your bud.

As mentioned, if you grow again in the same space, scrub it down really good to prevent future crops from getting pollinated from your present plant.

Good luck :)

Maybe i'm blind, but I don't see it! Looks like a healthy female to me. Anyone else care to point this out?

I didn't get a pic of the male flower (it's in the fireplace now), i pulled it off with tweezers instantly when i seen it cause i kinda tripped out a little. Just wanted to show how some of the sites was looking cause i didn't really get how 1 tiny male part made it on to a seemingly healthy female and if it would affect the top portion of the plant from that low lying bottom male flower.

I think you should re post your pictures in the general growing forum and ask if people think its a herm or not. I've showed the pictures to a few friends who are good growers. We don't see it! Don't toss those plants just yet! I'd get expert opinion first!
