My autoflowering plants

Guys I planted 3 plants outdoor...

this two are like 19 days old or so... im new to this so i wonder if they're doing rly ok? they are skunk mass and northern light both autoflower.

gave them nutrients yesterday morning.

Now this one has germinated but it is like this now...

Whats wrong with her? is she dead? what can i do to make her grow ?

Whats the PH of the water been? How about the soils PH? What ya been feeding it if you have? You need to give more DETAILS man. Smethings up for sure mine are not even 2 weeks and all bigger then that with more leaves otw then yours. That ones dead for sure. What soil you using? Did it already have nutes in it? DETAILS MAN GIVE US THE DETAILS.

The green on the ones that are ok look a little sickly to me. Should be a nice lush green color.

Phs are fine at 6.5 soil and water idk but i guess its fine... i fed both plants with BactoHemp once, and then Grow Explosion for veg just once till now...

About the dead one, no nutrients to her yet...

On the one thats dead, by chance did you notice the bottom of the stem look like it was "sucking in" kinda like shrinking? Knowing the water of your PH is important, if you test it and its at a good range cool, but if not you will have to correct it or else it can complicate things. Also test the runoff water from the container after watering to see the runoff PH.
