I'm running a self contained 12 plant flowerbox called "The Spinner" [built by hydroplex]. The entire unit is 36 inches wide, 42 inches tall (it looks like a spaceship really. i'll add a picture of the whole unit after harvest). Inside, you will find 12 baskets (that rotate individually 360 degrees) stationed around a central hanging 400w bulb (with dimmer switch capable of lowering to 50%the power). In the center of the base of the unit is a small 4 inch intake fan with a doughnut shaped root reservoir, built in aeroponics ring with 11 dispersion nozzles (1 positioned between each of the baskets) and a 10 gallon soup tank. stationed above each basket is a rotating eyehook (for tying up your plants). Honestly.. I love this thing. i'm able to yield almost 2.5lbs from one machine/harvest. The best part is.. its smaller than the kitchen table and only consumes 5.5 amps (less than an AC). I think my electric bill increased $25 a month. lol. The pics show my current (experimental) crop on day 15 of their flowering cycle. I hope you like.
