its your soil mg has time released nutes im sure thats whats throwing you off!
get some better soil thats more marijuana friendly

roots organic is great. i like its light consistancy, clean, & that it drains well without mudding up like FFOF.

and ph of your soil and
water is also imperative! if its too far off on in any direction of the ph scale nutrient deffiencies are guranteed to appear!

its a hobby that although can be done for little to nothing you still need to purchase a few supplies to grow! a ph meter amongst thee

and a good soil!

i would, do you have a better soil to put it into?

something balanced?

when you do find something good to transplant it into
give it a nice watering and just wait!

well, ph is my first start point. at least get a wal mart test kit in the aquarium section and get your ph in the ball park. some people do ok with mira-gro most dont prefer it. time release for beginners i wouldnt recommend as well as moisture control as most tend to overwater early on. dont add anything yet and transplanting into something without nutes isnt a bad idea either. remove the foil it could retain moisture in your soil.
