This morning I observed what seems to be her little leaf twisting. This could just be her branching out though. Does she look okay? Shes just over a week old.

you can try to pull the light a little further away for a week then slowly move it closer also no nutes for several weeks unless you want to use a mild rooting solution..

they dont need much light this early on.. and no worries about bieng paranoid.. beter to catch the problem early if in fact you even have one..

My cheap PH reader suggests the PH is towards the higher side of 6, possibly 6.8 or 6.9. Could this be part of the problem?

nope 6.8 is perfect. try and get to like 6.5 or 6.6 just to be safe encase thetester was off by a few points.
