my bong grew teeth

I Have never seen this one before. After I washed my bong with rubbing alcohol I rinsed it out only to find some fuckin teeth. I do not have hard water so i have never seen calcium buildup on anything. This particular ash catcher gets cleaned pretty often. Eventually salt knocked them off in conjunction with iso. Has anyone seen this before?

Those are stage-2 larvae and you are so dead.

Kind if reminds me of Mr. Deltoid in 'A Clockwork Orange' drinking from the glass of water that had a set of false teeth in them.
