that's a cfl all rigjht. you want to shoot for 75 watts of cfl per square foot of growing space.

your gona need a shitload of them bc thats only 18w and it equates to 100w,im sayin it puts out as much light as a 100wbulb but not as many lumens as a 100w bulb,a 125w cfl puts out the same light equiv as 500w of lights

To be honest i only got the 1 plant thats 4-5 weeks in doing ok and with sunlight only and i want to give it a boost, i got 2 of these bulbs that not enough?

It is a CFL(compact flourescent light), but check out that base, you are not going to be able to screw that into a regular light socket.

I am in the uk and i bought all the fitings at the same time took my brother whos an electrician 7 hours to fit a socket in the room :s

than put up pics of your plant and well judge that,u want like 80-100w min cfls to have your plant suvive and be healthy

well once it goes in its new grow room tomorrow with duct and extractor fan plus osilating fan im sure that will thicken it up a bit

heres a quick tip to thicken,scar the trunk of the plant by makin superficial lasserations in the trunk,this can also b used for weak colas as well,i gota do this in a week,it helps to for training ur plant.
