I have cloned several plants on friday night. Since saturday morning until now most of them are completely wilted and hanging over with the tops touching the peat pellets. I used ROOTS gell, put them into moist peat pellets on a bed of perlight, and under domes, the domes are damp, i have removed them this morning to allow some air into them, the pellets are perfect dampness, I have cloned before withgood success but I think I somehow killed all my clones. I misted them before puting them under the domes, i did this because I saw id done on the internet on some grow movie, I think i shouldn't have done this? My first time actually misting them, my buddy said not to? But too latre. What happened? where did I go wrong? Any advice please so I don't do this again. Oh ya the temp is 65-70:cuss:

The first 24 hours this is not uncommon don't worry keep the dome moist with vents shut if it has vents.keep the lights on them spray with a mix of 1 ml of superthrive to every litre of water ph the water at 5.0/5.5.has long has you keep the dome well moisened they will pull through, they will probebly hang after every spraying for the 1st few days.

The leaves and stalks are laying down on the pellets the tops are completely hung over, you think they will recover? should i prop them up with tooth pics? so the tops face the light?

you shouldve done this:

once you take the cutting, run the cut end under water to prevent any air bubbles getting up in the stem. then take a clean bacteria free razor blade and make tiny upward slices on the cut end. run the cut end under water again to ensure no air bubbles. dip the cut end into the takeroot and with the cut end down place the cutting into a cup(not a clear cup either) of pH balanced, room temperature water. then get sum plastic wrap and use it to keep the clones cut end into the water. then simply place the cutting on a window sill just dont leave it in the direct sunlight. roots cant stand light! give em about a week and the clone will begin to root. good luck

Doesn't sound like an air folicule problem though you do have a point it is best to make the 45 degree cut under water and straight from water into rooting gel.this will stop any air getting trapped in the stem.but the clones are realy at the early stage they was only took friday.give the guy a chance there is nothing wrong if you want to prop up the clones this will anable more light penatration worth a try.but has long has you leave them be they will be fine the worste thing possible is messing with a clone let it do the work itself.don't worry they will be fine always take a few say 3 extra just incase anything goes wrong though and you will find they all take.
