Ive been trying my best to keep the heat regulated it varies from 80-95. As for nutes ive been using advanced nutrient 3 part system and have been goin light on them. BUT.. im very proud of her my confidence has gone way up

^That type of heat stress, is most likely from the lights being too close,(radiated heat) or not enough air moving across the top of the canopy. That can happen even if the room temps are perfect.(or even low) My temps sometimes get that high(earlier in the year), running 600 HPS, and I don't have any issues with heat stress, from the lights. A good oscillating fan running constantly, sweeping across the top of the canopy, keeps temps in check. :)

Im running 400 HPS its about 2 ft away from her i also have 5 plants vegging and one other flowering (2 weeks in). I feel like ive fixed this issue because one of my veg beauties and its taller than my DR and is showing no signs of stres at all hmmm. A little confusing but i feel like im figuring things out. I really appreciate you taking the time to give me feedback
