My DNA Genetics LA Woman main cola

hey everyone at RIU iv been a long timereader but first time posting. Iv learned everything i know from the good people at sites this and grass city. I grew the LA Woman my second grow and just thought id share the monster main cola i had of her, i wish i had pictures of the whole plant but b4 the main cola was chopped, the rest of it was already down , i got pulled over had a panic and deleted all my photots ' paranoia' any1 lol but better safe than sorry, so all i had left to take photos off was the main cola. This cola weighed in at 94 grams dry and i had twice as much off the side branches, whole plant weighed in at bout 8-9 ounces. ne way lemme know what you think, oh 4got bout how she smokes, quite earthy musky skunky smell really nice its like its familiar but you cant put your finger on it, quite unique. tasted the same as it stank really nice but dont fink i will do again bit too long flowering for me. thanks

and yes thats next to 2 2litre bottles stacked

What setup did you use?

Hey, She was grown in a dwc 16 litre bucket under a 250 hps. It surprised the hell out of me wasnt expecting that monster on my second grow but think it just shows the potential of hydro. She had a taste quite similar to jack flash but not quite as recognisable still very tasty almost spicy if you know what i mean .Very pleasantly surprised since it was a freebie from attitude.

haha dunno if u even have the 2 litres over in the states everytime i see people put coke bottles in the photos there 3 litres, dunno if that cud be it or you and me are just fuckin baked, any way cheers

Wow man nice job. That cola is huge. I'm with the others too - what lighting did you use? Organic or chemical nutes? My mouths watering now from looking at that bud lol

All of that under a 250 hps.You got more than a gram per watt thats great.

I know man thats what i thought when i read a lot of people trying to aim for a gram per watt like its the golden fleece figured i gotta be doin sumfin right. Dont finjk it wud of yield that if it wasnt in DWC but never done soil so cant really say definetly. Forgot for 3 weeks i did have a 300watt cfl bulb for side lighting, its my vegging bulb.

10 weeks for the side branches but that main 1 went 11 to fully fatten up. Im a bit height restricted so the light wasnt quite sat above the main cola more to the side if you know what i mean. thanks 4 the rep. I gotta a g13 pineapple express flushing now gettin the chop in the next few days will post pics when its done, shes at 4ft and got such fat dense indica buds on it smells fuckin lovely and so damn sticky

hey who ever cares, just an update on the pineapple express its been chopped and drying right now. what a plant, since early in flowering i hav had the main cola just tied back so its not right on the bulb and the side branches were tied up where i thought it was starting to droop from the buds and the rest were all leaning on the walls of the room so didnt need tieing, so i have never noticed anything unusual the entire grow apart from big fat heavey buds. Anyway... as i came to chop and untied the branches OMG they just hit the deck drooping putting the stems at snapping point, its incredible how heavey the buds are. do have pics but will put up in the morning way to baked for that shit now. Another thing i wanted to say is recently iv come to realise how amazing cfl side lighting really is, as i have had a 300watt cfl on the bottom right side of this the entire grow, you would not believe the size of these buds which came off the bottom right, there like top colas on there own and iv never seen that on the bootom of a plant b4 there usually quite small and underdeveloped, jus wait for the pics you'll see, fuckin incredible, will definetly be gettin another 1 for the bottom left if i have room.

also i forgot i have some vids but dunno if you can have vids on here... never seen 1, any info wud be appreciated. cheers

Hey Every1, This plant has been amazing. Some of the side branches look like a whole plant on there own, see pic 7 ,the bottom buds on this branch are the ones you can see by my side light in pics 4 and 16 and the lowest bud on that branch is pic 13. iv never seen bottom buds like that in my life. You can see in pic 14 they cudnt support the weight of the buds. Total amount chopped is pic 6 and 11 together. Lemme know what you think. cheers

The annoying thing is coz i could see how the vegging light as side light was working so well i havent been able to have pre vegged ready to flower, never mind tho as keeping the light in there has put my yield way higher than it would of been. Next strain vegging now in peat pellet is Magus genetics warlock and from what iv read looks a very intersting indica, might actually do a full journal this time as i go along.

that's a nice harvest you got there man... I've noticed the pe seems to dry smaller than a lot of my buds though, like the LA she didn't shrink down half as much as the PE did while drying. Not to say that it's airy or anything, but I think the lack of leaf makes it a fluffier, purer smoke. Have you tried any yet?

Hey, Just thought id share that my warlock isnt far from finishing bout 3 weeks to go. I'll upload some pics tomorrow, its looking real nice, very impresed. Plus im finding it hard to come across any flowering pics of warlock so hopefully will help out any future growers of this strain as it is always good to know that urs is growing the way it supposed to.
