So I have finally got everything in order and I wanted some opinions on the best way to grow to optimize my harvest time/weight. Basically, the best way I can do a perpetual with the equipment listed below. I have been thinking about hempy, 5 gal. dwc (dunno about heat issues with reservoirs tho...), soil, open to other input.
My equipment:
22 Gallon "Rubbermaid" DWC with 6 - 6-inch net pots with hydroton
600 watt HPS in 6-inch cooltube
500 CFM inline fan w/ speed control
600 gph air pump w/ a bunch of air stones
The space:
Closet : 6' x 2' x 5' with another space 3'x2'x4' to use for a mother/clones if needed
Basically I don't know which direction I want to go in, I want to be able to do a perpetual grow and harvest about every 3 weeks to a month, I have done a lot of reading and have a couple growing well in a soil scrog (just flipped to 12/12) and a couple more doing well in the 22 gallon dwc.
I am up for scrapping my DWC that I am using now, and I don't know if it would be better to just take clones and go 12/12 from the start or have two different chambers for veg/flower?
