View attachment 1256785This was my first try. A pound of butter to about 3 ounces of bud grided up. 3 1/2 hours of simmering put it in the fridge. Next morning woke up and thought it didn't look green enough. So I put it on the stove again with 4 cups of water and a little over an ounce. Another 3 hours simmering.

My question is my recipie calls for a stick of butter (half cup). How much should I add half a cup or a little more to make up for what I boiled away?
