my first full grow

This is my first full grow i have attempted some in the past but was never stable enough to keep it going the pictures were taken today at 23 days worth of growth i have kicked it in to flowering just for thr first quick learning experience was just wondering how she looked to some experienced growers i went all natural bought a good soil no nuits 12 and 12 with 2 26w cfls keeping them about 3 inches away from the top

It's pretty small for it's age, but otherwise looks good and healthy.


Tip: Water more heavily when it's time, so those roots have a chance to spread.

Tip #2: At least double the light, if you want to get any kind of yield out of it.

tip 2 is right on there are minumums im only using 4 26watt cfls and also went 12/12 from seed mine is currently 20 inches tall and starting to flower nicely

ITS 23 days from start of germination to now should of stated that so actual growth is only 15 to 18 days

also u can have those cfls alot closer than 3 inches mine almost touch sometimes

thanks for the tip i had a couple questions to since i have started flowering should i not top the plant i was thinking about doing it in another 2 to 4 inches ? i was also trying to get it to stretch a little bit thats why i had them 2 to 3 inches away

im not sure about topping ive never done it but there is lots of information on here about it. i see why u wanted them cfls acouple inches away but keep in mind u want tight 'nodes and the plant is gonna stretch more during weeks 3-4 on its own. just my experience

ok thanks alot for the tips ill drop my lights an inch closer when they go back in there light cycle tommarow
