my first grow 300w cfl duel spectrum or hps lighting

hi guys
i have a 1m by 1m by 2m secret jardin grow room i am not sure of what light to get. i have a 75w hps at min plant look healthy but have been advised this in not the way ahead. i have been looking at 300w cfl duel spectrum with reflector or maybe 250w hps can anyone advise the best solution.

4 - T5 Ho for veg and 400w HPS for flower. Perfect for that room.

im thinking of growing auto flowering plants will ineed 2 lights still ?

I'd go 400w CMH for autos.
