My First Grow! Headband

This is a DWC grow in a 5 gallon bucket with a 6" net pot. Picked up a headband clone from a local dispensary, and I transplanted it in hydroton yesterday.

I set the PH to 6.1 because I was told between 6.0 and 6.3 is good for clones, but I was just advised to lower it to 5.8 so that will be my next step. 86 PPM for the nutes and I'm using distilled water.

This is a gorilla grow tent setup; the 2.5 by 2 ft. I'm also using a 400w light, a 6" 435 CFM hurricane fan that's attached to a mercury 4 speed controller. The light is about 9" above the clones (raised it about an inch since yesterday).

I feel like they looked healthier yesterday, don't remember seeing the white powderish material in one the the pictures.

I'm looking for as much advice, tips, whatever you kind people are willing to give!down.jpgall.jpgfan.jpgtop.jpgwhite.jpg

General hydroponics, I decided not to spend a lot of money on nutes. Same with the lights actually. I got the Apollo Horticulture light. Also already changed the PH down to 5.8. I can't wait for her to grow!

UPDATE! It's been 4 1/2 days, and although the leaves don't look much healthier to me, it is starting to grow new leaves that look healthy and roots are starting to grow.

I went to mist it this morning with a light nutrient solution and realized I accidentally used bleach (Oops! ). I then took the lid off the bucket and rinsed it thoroughly with distilled water and then feed them. I lowered the lights just a bit also because 9 inches seemed a little far for a 400w light.

Thanks to everyone following, and I would appreciate as much feedback as possible! roots1.jpg4.jpg
