I would Stop using the 15-30-15 and find a better veg nute. Look for something high in nitrogen and there should be some P and K also present. For example look for something around 12-6-6 or 6-3-3 while in the vegative state. Looking at your plants I would say to just use water for the next couple of weeks before adding and more nutes. Make sure you have good air circulation such as intake and outtake fans.(make sure no fans are blowing directly on your plants). Also get rid of the tin foil because it creates hot spots. Make sure you have proper drainage holes on the bottom of your pot.
