my first grow!!

hi guys.two plants bout month and a half old.600w both in coco. 4x4x8 tent . over did the nutes last week .flushed and starting to get better.temp in the day is bout 24 C.with light on at night bout 29 C . foliar fee 2x a week with light dose of nutes.use dutchfest nutrients .CAn anybody tell me why the top leaves are reaching upwards ?and how far away the 600 shood be from top of the plant.any other info would much be appreciated . thanks guys...will add pics weekly .wish me luck

hey man looks good maybe there reaching up because the lights are too far away im no expert me self but the leaves seem too move closer too the light if there reaching up probably means u have the lights too high but like i said im no expert
