My first indoor grow: California Orange Skunk

So starting from all the way on the left, we got a tiger striped seed we found in some dank (indica dom. i believe). In the middle is the infamous Clai Skunk (sativa dom). And all the way on the right that things a piece of shit it started it 2 weeks late and i don't know why we haven't killed it yet.. Im 2 weeks into the budding stage. The Cali skunk just hit 24 inches

were flowering with a 440 HPS light without a cooling reflector. And we have a window A/C unit we ghetto rigged to the bathroom exhaust with some ducting to keep the room cool. Its at 77 degrees with 50% humidity.

I got a few questions:
Can you still clone a plant when its in the budding stage?
What ratio of N-K-P am i looking for flowering fertilizer?

Tips and advice are much appreciated

low Nitrogen high in phosphorus and potassium something like this 2-10-10

okay i picked up some liquid Cactus fertilizer today. Its 2-7-7 it was the best i could do.
Also my leaves are curling at the tips on the California skunk. The color is fine though so its not nute burn. What does this mean? pH problem?

need to see some pictures .. can be many things .. PH is one of em ..

and yea that sounds like a good flowering nuts .. you might want to look in to molasses for the last 4 weeks or so ...
