My super simple flushing techniqe.

1 Add enough water to completly saturate the growing medium. once the medium is soaked, you should let it sit for a few minutes to completly dissolve the rest of the leftover nutes and fertilizer salts left over

2 now its time to give it a second dose.completly saturate the meduim with the total physical volume of the container you are growing in now the hard part is done.

3 Now after a nice dry out or 2-3 day's continue to water as normal with fresh water for about 7-10 day's

Now the most basic and easy way to tell if you have completly flushed the plant is to snap off a leaf from the plant and taste the juice that appers on the brocken end of the stem if it taste's bitter then it has not been flushed yet and still has fertilizer salt's still in the plant. if it taste's like plain water it has been flushed properly.

no it will always taste like chlorophyl (it still is a plant) as long as it doesnt have a bitter taste and u flushed for atleast 7 days the fertilizer salt's that are still in the plant are what give it that bitter taste
