My Gurls - DAY 17 - Afghan Kush & White Rhino - Looking OK? Any Feedback

Hi RIU,
Well I did have abit of a thread going prior to the hack but lost it in the restore. I thought I would repost my thread and hopefully people are still interested! Well my girls have hit day 17 & despite a few on going heat issues which have restricted how close I get my 250W CFL they seem to be going ok. They have had their 3rd nute feed still running quite low last feed was about 550/600 ppm (I started at around 200) & PH is running between 6.0 & 6.2.

I would really welcome any thoughts on how they look, size for the age & any general comments? (Image

Also I would love some thoughts on how long I should leave it from now before I top them?

Thanks not sure haven't grown them before although from what I read they give decent yield

Anyone with thoughts on when I should top them?

Hey man I have afghan kush too. I am on my 18th day too. Heres my pictures, I think you can do more light for them. Mine is a little more developped. They like the light.


Tell me what you think too.


edit: btw I have 4 Cfl on top of them. I have 2 plants, both have designated 1 150W equal and 1 100W equal CFL. What I found out is, the further away from the CFL the less light intensity that the plants gonna get. I found out that every couple inches away from the light the actual lumens go down. So you can get really close.

I like to get them a foot or 2 tall before I tie a branch down (instead of topping). you can tie it to a stake but pull the top so it isn't the highest anymore, you could do it over and over. they look healthy so if you don't have lots of space, top them anytime
