My new house grow room!

So me and the wife just got a new house to call ours. We will be getting are license and starting a grow room in the basement.. having experience growing outdoors so i know a little bit but no where near being an expert. I am wanting to start a new grow room in the basement spend a little money to save a little in the long rung so my ides is. " just a quick note anything with roots will be in a 4/1 perlite/vermiculite mix in hempy buckets.. anything w/o roots will be in 1 1/2" rockwool starter cubes then once rooted directly into dixie cup hempy buckets then into 3 gal buckets and again hempy bucket lol.. i work alot and so does the wife so we want kinda stand alone setup w/o a bunch of pumps and tbh i have seen crops like this and you can do very.. grow right and 2 plants could produce enough to cover time between veg/flower so you have constant supply.

NUTRIENTS
general hydroponics 3 part flora series is what i will use just cause what i have seen from buddies so ill stick w/ what i have seen

VEG ROOM
4'x5'x7' 1/2
1x 400w MH for 1-2 mothers 6-8 rooted clones 18/6 lighting
1 2tube t12-t8 fluorescent cool white/warm white bulbs should be enough watts from the home depot 10$ t12 fixture for clones/seedlings
(i might get 2 just to add a few extra watts for my rooted clones)
1 isolating fan pot lvl work on stem strength i will be LST them a bit get some more tops out there


FLOWERING ROOM
4'x5'x7' 1/2
for now 1 600w hps 6 plants at a time but 3 will be 4 weeks in and 3 coming into flower room at that point so i can kinda keep a bit of supply keep coming 4-6 week intervals.
i will be getting 4 in inline fan cfm about 265 i dont know aobut carbon filter yet being that there is a crawl space so i might board it up and just vent ait into it let it settle and go away on its own cause tbh i should have that much of bad smell and not really that worried about it just want it for circulation happy enviorment means happy great plants
ill have 2 isolating fans here 1 at the bottom and 1 at the top by a boarded up window w/ a duct to it drawing fresh air in constantly during 12/12 lighting

JUST A FEW THINGS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS
i like hempy buckets that is what i will stick with personal choice i know there are alot of other ways and what not as any garden is its the personal choice to how someone grows hempy buckets will work with me since after roots start usually just need to water every other day or so

lighting after looking at conversion charts 600w you actually get the most for your money imo and i will be getting a second one later once we get all settled in the house and see how my indoor green thumb is

my flower will prob be boxed in right by the crawl space make it easier for airflow.. my veg room will be on oposite side we did have washer/dryer down there but we actually have a room made into walk in closet and the washer/dryer was put in there mor convienent lol kinda nice but made it easier to set up 2 nice rooms with a table/sink and work bench in middle between the 2

i will not be using mylar i will actually be boxing in throwing some drywall up and painting it with roofing paint it is highly reflective just little bit less from mylar and its very easy to clean being a flat/latex/ruber time paint and its mold/mildew/fungus resistant ill prob end up painting the floor with it aswell since my buckets will be there and little extra light never actually hurts i wouldnt think even though it would not be much from that far away

hmm.. i realy dont know what else to tell you what ill be doing

oh the strains i will be growing will be Big Bud, Northern lights, and Bubblegum from marijuana-seeds.nl i have read a bit most of everything are good and very stealthy i might end up changing my veg room around and keeping 3 mothers and cloning 1 every 4 weeks and just swapping between the 3 so at a time i would have say 3 bubble gum 4 weeks from harvest 3 BB going into the flower room and 3 clones training in the veg room i will prob end up building 3-4 rolling racks with a permanent scrog setup so i drop 3 plants in one rack scroging out then moving another 3 plant scrog into flower right before the other 3 come out..
reason i said i might end up buying another 600w hps so i would have 1 600w per 3 plants in each scrog rack it be very easy to build these racks i built them before in shop for classes when i was a kid.. but ill put a twist on it make it work for me
well if i keep going i could go on for a while lol..

think that will not be enough light for scroging a couple plants at a time in the veg room the flower room for now 600w is plent efficient for 6 plants i have seen more and with a even canopy it will work fine i will use ever bit i get from it the veg room is what im worried about i never grew indoors so the veg part is new to me

I could set the mothers up on a lower rack than the rolling rack w/ my clones growing up to the screen so i could add the screen a couple weeks before i throw into flower and train the a little bit with the screen and just basic LST w/o the screen at first to get most use of my lighting in the veg room i guess
