My new setup HPS, Hydroponics HELP ME! ASAP!

Ok lets get right to it. I used to have an ok setup for short plants but now ive spent some money on a new setup including...


GrowLab Tent GL 60 Grow Lab Room 2'x 2' x 5'3" click here!

This will be my first attempt at hydroponics and im scared lol jk but honestly i dont know what im doing the main thing i dont know is how do i "plant" the plant in the netpots.... so what im asking is taking all this in what would you do? or how would you do it?

ill help u out man first plant ur seeds in soil and get them about 8 inchs tall then put them in ur tiny over priced set up, (sorry i couldnt resist) then run them on 1/4 or less strength nutes also take some black trash bags like 3 bags and wrap them on the top of ur lid and poke hole or ur gonna get nasty algae and trust me u dont want that bro

just plant your seeds in small pots, wait.....wait.....wait....when they will come up...... let theme stretch.....about 5 day's totaly.
Than you take your container with soil i think...put in there deep....to the first leaves.....give them growroots, special nutrience for strong....uhmmm.....(don't know the word).

Keep theme on 18 hours light (400 watt??) for 2 or 3 weeks..... just water with the roots.... i will help you......i try to help my englisch is NOT verry well....

why would he plant in soil if he is doing hyro? with net pots???? ok so this is my opinion then.......
u plant it rockwool or oasis once its sprouted up or if from clone you put in the net pot fill it with clay pellets, start with 1/4 nutes then up to 50 % nutes then full strength

yes plant in rockwool, let grow up to 2 nodes (when roots start to come out of the bottom) then use the clay balls and put in net pots

Yes, leave it in the rockwool. It will be gone in a week or two once the root system blows it to pieces. Germ in towel, put sprouts in ph-soaked rockwool until roots come out of the bottom then put in the net pot. That's it. Other than the whole grow it the rest of the way thing.

Ok i got the tent from fedex two days ago and ive set it up with the light (250 watt HPS) and a 16" rotating fan but i'm still getting 106 degrees or 106F what should i do?

what is the heat from? if it is the lights you need to pull air threw them to cool them off so you will need a fan and a place to exaust it. i have one pulling air threw lights to cool them and 1 pushing freash air in my tent.

You have to exhaust he heat, not just stir it around in the tent. In my closet I have a cool tube with an open end, the other end is 6' of 6" duct connected to a flange mounted to the ceiling. In the attic I have a 240cm inline fan exhausting it all into the attic. 100+ today outside and my plants are sitting pretty at 80-81 under 400W of MH at 10-12" away.
