You intake should always be higher than your outtake, so use the larger one for intake.

Plants don't have a calendar, so don't plan ahead how much time vegging and flowering will take. You should induce flowering when your plant has 6-8 internodes (spaces between the nodes - cotyledons not counting) and some 15-20cm (about 6-8 inches) in your case (white widow). It's time to trim when more than 75% of your pistils have turned red/copper/brown and (if you have a microscope) your trichomes turn a red/coppery/brown color.

Since you're running a hydro grow, I'd say that your plant will grow fast (you can veg less that 6 weeks) and a longer flowering (I'd say 9).

Temperatures are ideal between 22-27C during the daytime cycle and 18-20C for the nighttime cycle. Different temps can burn/stun your plants growth. Temps go hand in hand with humidity, which should be high at first (70%), then lowered under 50% during flowering in order to avoid bud rot.

pH in a hydro grow is perfect between 5.5-6.5. You, having a hybrid that is more indica in built should agree the most to a 5.7-5.9 pH.
