my plant i sad and i dont know what to do

I had to go away for a week and couldn't get appropriate water to my plant and after being back and watering her a few days have past and she has gone from luscious green to a nasty yellow can some one please help me I need a push in the right direction.
she is sitting roughly 4-5" from the 3 28w cfls in a pc case light is on 24/7 and I water her with about 1 litre every 4-5 days in a 3 litre pot.

so it was green when you found it and after watering it turned yellow like that? if so from what I see it looks like nute burn.

hasn't had any nutes for the last 4 weeks... I was and It got burned so I had to do exactly that ans it became a healthy green pland and now =(

The thing is those leaves are dead dry, hmmm I still say a nute problem or maybe to high PH.

Is that foxfarm soil? if so then it is definitely nute burn. I say that because foxfarm already has a lot of nutes and the seedlings don't need much at all at such young age and if you gave it more than ya nute burn.

If that plant is 4 weeks old I would give up on her entirely good sir and save the electricity

The first thing I would do is flush that plant real good ph the runoff and see where that is at. if it is good than just let the plant go for a few day without water then give her a good drink she should come back famously.

If you do manage to save her she will be a runt.
