my plant split in half by the top what to do?

Today I was trying to train it, and I ended up splitting it down the middle a few inches, from the point where i topped it.

I tied the two sides back together.
Will it heal itself?
please help me guys

It should be fine...but without seeing the damage it is hard to tell. Have any pics?

Looks like it will be ok..Let it mend itself before doing anymore training, bout a week or so.

No problem, After it is completely healed remove the string so you don't create a bottleneck for uptake.
