My Plant Wont Bud At All

So I started the growing season with a plant that grew and grew and became a male so mid july I thought I would try it again :wall: so I started some seeds and one survives and grows and grows but now it is about a foot tall the natural light in my area is 12 12 or less and has been for a month but still not even a sign of male of female bud just nothing!!!!! I didn't re plant I didn't change temp, water, or food. and since one month ago it just stopped growing EVERYWHERE :cuss: any one help? PLEASE.

Hey hows it going. Im gonna go out on a limb here and say that you have a light leak. That's the only thing I have seen cause that problem. Go in your grow room and close the door/hatch whatever and look for light cracks(with the big guns off obviously).
